TrustedHomeService is a referral platform that connects homeowners with local home service pros through our partnership with Thumbtack. We do not employ contractors, perform any work ourselves, or guarantee outcomes of any service performed by a third-party pro.

Third-Party Services

When you click a service link, you are directed to Thumbtack or another third-party service. Your interaction with any third-party service is governed by their terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for any third-party service’s actions, omissions, or content.

No Warranty

The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that any pro contacted through our service will perform satisfactorily, charge a particular price, or be available in your area.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrustedHomeService is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or any services performed by third-party pros.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
